Marion Waldrop

Services will be 11:00 am Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 at Mercedes Drive Church of Christ with Brother Bryant Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Vance Cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home directing. Due to current health risks there will be no visitation.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Waldrop, Sr., and her parents, Fred and Dorothy Caffee.

Survivors include her sons, Jay Waldrop (Kitty), Mike Waldrop (Rene), John Waldrop (Lorrie), and Mark Waldrop (Tonya). Grandchildren, Kelli Dailey (David), Terri Robertson (Jon), Luke Waldrop (Brooke), Robby Waldrop (Meghan), Michael, Natalie, Carsyn, and Maggie Waldrop. Great-grandchildren Jake and Briana Dailey, Jackson and Jillian Robertson, Lola, Lucie, Lila, and Hannah Kate Waldrop and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Luke Waldrop, David Dailey, Jon Robertson, Robert “Sam” Waldrop, Jimmy Adams, John Adams, David Harbin, and Roger Mills.

Honorary pallbearers are members of Northport Church of Christ, Cottondale Church of Christ, and Mercedes Drive Church of Christ, Jack Neal, Hospice of West Alabama, and special family friends, Helen Mulaparthi and Marie Strain.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama, 3851 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.
