Ricky was such a fine man and so much fun! I will never forget the trip to Camp McDowell when Jordan was in my 6th grade class. Ricky and I sat together on the bus and I so enjoyed getting to know him...........and then of course a little later I realized he and some of the other Dads had "stolen" my suitcase off the bus and hidden it from me. Those Dads were as much trouble as the 6th grade boys! That's how I will always remember Ricky, laughing and full of life.

Donna I know your pain must be unbearable right now but what a blessing your were given in Ricky. To be loved that deeply by another person is rare and precious. Donna and "the boys",  Yes, you definitely found your soul mate.  Your family's difficult journey over these past couple of years has inspired me so much.  What a special couple you were and what can I say about Ricky.  Everyone loved him.  He was so giving, caring, and selfless.  People were saying how everyone liked Ricky.  He was a good husband, father, brother-in-law and uncle.  It reminds me of something I once heard and I will tell it to the best of my ability.  When you put the date of birth and death, seperated with a dash, the most important thing is what happened between the dash.  Ricky made a lot of people happy and brought joy to those who knew him.  That is what he did between the dash.  RIP, give MiMi a hug for me and make sure the Bear helps us a little so we can get number 15.  RTR in heaven Ricky.
