TUSCALOOSA | Robert (Bob) James Beck, Jr., age 71, died Monday Dec. 22, 2014 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home with Ron Robinson and Chris Barnett officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert James Beck Sr. and Lucille Beck.
Survivors include his wife Gerlon Beck; daughter, Kathy Campbell (Barry); stepdaughter, Tina Edwards (Mark); son, Robert Beck III; stepsons, Keith Boswell, Kevin Boswell (Stacie), and Kyle Boswell; sister, Beverly Peck (Ron); brother, Rodney Beck (Betty); grandchild, Matthew Beck; and step-grandchildren, Jamie Edwards, Jason Edwards, Anna Boswell, Caroline Boswell, and Justin Sparks.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Beck, Jamie Edwards, Jason Edwards, Steve Channell, Thomas Woolbright, and Alex Wilson.
Honorary pallbearers are Harvest Church Ministries, and past and present employees of Huddle House.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Harvest Church Ministries.
