He is preceded in death by his parents, Laton and Margrette Upchurch; one brother, Sonny Upchurch, and one sister, Kathy Griffin.
Ronnie was born in the Mississippi Delta on July 19,1954. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cindy Upchurch; son, Ronnie Upchurch Jr. (Angel); daughter, Angela Kutz; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Edna Kirkup (Tom) of Springfield, Missouri and Linda Nelms of Inverness, Mississippi.
The family will be having a small memorial service with family and close friends on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
