She is survived by her daughters Jackie Houston (Jerry), Debbie Channel (Mike), Connie Montgomery, son Randy Montgomery (Debbie), 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, sisters Ann Roach, Betty Robertson, Elise Snell, and brother Herbert Purser.
She was preceded in death by her parents Grace and Donald Purser and son Wayne Montgomery
Rose retired from the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, exercising on her reclining bike and watching TV especially Alabama and New Orleans Saints football games. She was a compassionate Christian who was always ready to help in any way she could.
The family will receive friends on Monday October 11, 2021 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service to follow with interment at Memory Hill Gardens
