Sadie Faye Leonard

BERRY – Sadie Fay Leonard, age 83, of Berry, Ala., died March 28, 2016, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. today, March 30, 2016, at Wiley Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Terry Jo Oswalt officiating and Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Leonard; parents, Millard and Pearlie Bolton; brothers, JM Bolton and Belton Bolton; and sister, Katie Bolton

Survivors include her sister, Maurine Price; children, Johnny Leonard (Connie), Donnie Leonard (DeLane) and Lisa Hayes (Ken); grandchildren, Krystal Williams (Brandon), J.C. Hayes, Malia Christian (Adam), Matthew Allen (Haley), Brian Swindle (Kathryn), Jared Swindle (Katie) and Jonathon Swindle (Brandy); great-grandchildren, Mason Williams, Noah Williams, Mandalyn Allen, Hunter Allen, Andrew Christian, Jackson Swindle, Kennedy Swindle, Kaitlyn Swindle, Willa Jo Swindle, John Ross Swindle, Reed Swindle, Alex Horne and Chasity Horne; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Leonard, Johnny Leonard, Matthew Allen, Brandon Williams, J.C. Hayes and Templen Price.

Honorary pallbearers are Whitfield Lunceford, Carewell Medical Center, Tuscaloosa County Bus Shop employees and all friends and extended relatives.
