William E Hedrick

William “Earl” Hedrick, age 66, went to his heavenly home on January 28, 2026, surrounded by the comfort of his home and the love of his family. Earl was a devoted husband, father, and E-Diddy whose life was centered on the people he loved most.

He is survived by his wife, Stacie Hedrick; daughters, Ashlyn Jacobs(Dillon) and Courtney Lynn(Josh), Ali Lefevre(Jordan) and Ryan McAdams; and his treasured grandchildren: Livvie Drew Lynn, Ellie McCay Lynn, Fisher Tomlin, Sawyer Lefevre, and Jayce Lefevre.

Earl was an avid bass fisherman who found peace and happiness on the water. Whether casting a line or spending time with his family, he cherished life’s simple moments. He loved his family deeply. His unwavering love will forever be remembered by all who knew him.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Home at 11:00 am with Bro. Steve Strickland and Glen Kennedy officiating. The family will accept friends one hour prior. Burial will immediately follow at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park.

Pallbearers are Jess Tomlin, Fisher Tomlin, Buren Bailey, Mike Fleenor, Walter Heathcock, Mario Angelone, and Jeff Barnett. Honorary pallbearers include: employees of Isbell Services and Earl’s lifelong fishing friends.
