Born in Lansford, PA, to Joseph and Eva Olsefsky, he enjoyed a career in aerospace and as a professor at California State University, Northridge.
He was preceeded in death by his beloved wife, Mary, in 2003. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Susan Olsefsky and Carl and Tarisa
Olsefsky; six grandchildren; four step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and long time friends.
He was immediate past chairman of the board for Build Rehabilitation Industries, founder and board member of the Engineers Council, and a lifetime member of IEE.
