Polly was born on October 6, 1915 in Los Angeles, California. She passed away on February 7, 2011 in Northridge, California.
Polly was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, George Kastas. Polly is survived by her son Lewis Kastas, daughter Lori Morgan (Larry); grandchildren Michael (Genevieve), Patricia Morgan; great grandchildren Mauro and Bella; sister Sophia Ballinger; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and godchildren.
A Trisagion will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Sophia Cathedral located at 1324 S. Normandie Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90006. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 16 at 10:30 A.M. also at St. Sophia Cathedral. Interment will take place at Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, CA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Sophia Foundation in honor of Polly Kastas/Building Fund.
