We will all miss Sylvia; she touched so many of our lives. I met Sylvia at Cherry Blossom Garden Club, and we worked together on the Board for a number of years.  She will always be our " Cooltie Lady."  She made many Coolties to send in the boxes from Operation Gratitude to our deployed troops.
We will always be grateful for this lady who was as beautiful inside as she was outside.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers

I met Sylvia many years ago because I am good friends with her daughter, Kara. Sylvia always had a smile and a great attitude and always made me feel welcome. I will remember her as strong, loving, beautiful and kind, just like her daughter, Kara. My heart goes out to her family.

i sang with her at Emmanuel Lutheran Church    love her voice and her friendship will always remember her smile and friendly hellos .

Sylvia, Aunt Sylvia to me was my God Mother. She was a part of every milestone, holiday and most of my cherished family memories.
She was a role model and someone I could only aspire to follow in her very large footsteps.
As life becomes busy with careers, children and change of location we often lose touch with those we love however Aunt Sylvia and Uncle Ken always remained a presence in my families life, this we will always cherish.
There will never be a day I will not miss her.

I met Sylvia in the Cherry Blossom Garden Club where she was a long time member. She was just a lovely woman, and was so helpful to me when I took over her job as Treasurer. She blessed all of us who knew her. My sympathy to Ken and all of her family.

Sylvia was a beloved and valuable member of the sewing ministry at Shepherd Church.  She used her talent to sew to serve the Lord by serving others.  She particularly loved sewing sundresses for little girls which are sent all over the world to impoverished countries.  She often said how happy it made her to sew the pretty dresses.  I will always remember her beautiful smile and charming wit and will hold memories of her in my heart always.  May God's blessings be with Ken and family.

I had the privilege of serving alongside Sylvia in the Blanket Ministry.  I  recall how joyous we were, knowing her battle going on, when we saw her walk in a few meetings ago.  As always she had that vibrant smile that even her illness could not diminish.  She was such a warrior for God and His Kingdom. To the family of Sylvia Crowell, I was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, when she was the Choir Director. I remember her fondly, and she was a lovely lady whom I looked up to.
