Aaron worked as a letter carrier for over 25 years in Norwich until he retired. Later he worked for the New London Day for 19 years. He made many friends on his delivery routes.
Aaron is survived by his mother Shirley Goldblatt of New London; son Joseph Goldblatt and daughter-in-law Marie of Gilman; his daughter Amy Rianhard and son-in-law John of Salem; five grandchildren: Vanessa, Jacob, Olivia, Matthew and Christian; and other family and friends.
Aaron is preceded in death by his father Philip; his sister Annie Krysta; and brother-in-law Gary Krysta.
Aaron had many good friends that he kept in close contact with online, close by and out of state. He valued these friendships very much.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Connecticut Humane Society. The family wishes to thank Hartford Hospital for their exceptional care.
The funeral arrangements will be private.
