Barbara Ann Przybysz Phillips of Uncasville died Dec. 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 9, 1937 in Norwich Ct., daughter of Chester and Anna Przybysz. Barbara married William Phillips Jr. on April 23, 1960 at St. Joseph Church in Norwich Ct. She was a Boy Scout Committee Member with Troop 21. She was employed at Smith Insurance until her retirement. Barbara is survived by cousins and 3 nieces and 2 nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Jan. 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery 815 Boswell Avenue Norwich.
