Beverly was a long time member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Norwich. She Worked at Backus Hospital where she retired in 1990.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Anderson, of Baltimore, MD; Edwin Coombs, Jr of North Carolina; Douglas Coombs of Norwich, CT; Michael Coombs of North Carolina; Timothy Coombs of Norwich, CT; and, four sisters: June, Dorothy, Patricia, and Sandy. She has 11 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
The family would like to express special thanks to the staff of Orchard Grove Home for the care of our mom.
Visitation will be on Monday, August 15, 2016, from 5PM to 7PM at Church and Allen Funeral Home, 136 Sachem Street, Norwich, CT. The funeral service will be held at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 35 Wawecus Hill Road, Norwich, CT Norwich on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, beginning at 10:30AM followed by a graveside interment.
