

She was a Norwich native and former Neptune Park (New London) resident. She was a graduate of Norwich Public Schools, NFA & Boston University. In 1941 she married Leon Bradley Gordon who passed away in 2001.
Bev was a former Backus Hospital, school & organization volunteer, a voracious reader & both an avid bridge player and letter writer. Most importantly was her love for her family.
She is survived by: her son, Glenn Gordon (Nancy) & grandsons, Daniel (Kate) & Jared (Melissa), also great grandchildren: Carolina, Graham, Landon & Jake. Her daughter, Gail Navick (Jerry) and their children: David (Tara), Stephanie Bordeau (Bruce), Stephen (Gabriella), great grandchildren: Lindsay, Morgan, Evan, Brook, Jacobey & Nadia. Also brothers: Gurdon (Helen) & Paul (Barbara) Slosberg.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the wonderful care provided by Backus Hospital's ER, E4 & A2 floors and especially to Critical Care. Also, to the outstanding support from the following Hospitalists: Evardone, Librojo & Ma, and Palliative Care member Cheryl Walker & Social Worker, Suzanne Smith.
Also a special thank you to the Norwichtown Rehab & Care Center.
Bev's funeral was private.
