Aunt Beverly spent her life working in the textile mills, caring for her father and her sister’s family, drinking coffee at the kitchen table, and enjoying the occasional eggnog around Christmas. She was a prolific knitter of blankets, ensuring no family member would ever be cold or have any extra space in their linen closet.
She led a frugal life, never seeing a coupon that couldn’t be clipped and mailed to a family member, family friend or family pet to help them save a buck or two. And she was always generous with what she had. Despite her nieces being adults and gainfully employed, she never missed an opportunity to send them home with enough paper products to last a lifetime. She is widely credited with saving the Erling and Domijan households during the pandemic.
Aunt Beverly is survived by her sister Michele, nieces Lisa (Brian) and Christina (Michael), and grandnephew Brian Jr. and grandniece Rylei.
There will be a graveside service at Maplewood Cemetery in Norwich at 10:00 AM on Saturday June 22, 2024.
