Christel I. Perez, 91 of Norwich, passed away peacefully on Friday surrounded with her children by her side. She was born in Tonnebuhr, Germany on July 1, 1929. Christel was predeceased by her loving husband, Sadoc Perez Sr., for over 40 years.
Christel is survived by two sisters, Edith Koskinas of West Haven and Annelissa Kless of Germany. Her children Karin Greis, Monika Monroe and her husband Scott, Sadoc Perez Jr., and his wife Elizabeth. Christel was also predeceased by a son Heinz Greis of Norwich.
Christel also leaves behind many grandchildren and great grand children.
Per Christel’s wishes, a family service will be held at St. Joseph cemetery on Monday July 12, 2021 at 12:00p.m. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
