.Lebanon-Clay Edward Sands Jr., age 47, of Lebanon, passed away at Three Rivers Healthcare in Norwich on January 12, 2016. He was born in Rockville on February 11, 1968 to Jean Gilbert and Kerwin Sands Sr.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a forklift operator for the automobile industry. Services will be private. Labenski Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
