Dale Melvin Howe, age 84, of Norwich, Connecticut passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Dale was born in Richmond, Maine on August 8th, 1940 to the late Melvin and Susan (Prebele) Howe.
Dale served in the United States Air Force then went on to work for Pratt + Whitney as a jet engine mechanic.
