David Matthew Todd Jr., 67, passed away peacefully, Tuesday July 25th, 2017 at his home, his wife Jo-Ann of 46 years by his side. David was born on October 5th, 1949 to the late David Matthew Todd Sr. and Anne Potter Todd. Before he came to Connecticut, Dave was graduate from the Williamsport Area High School, class of 1967 before he later joined the Coast Guard in service of his country. He will be missed by his beloved wife Jo-Ann as well as their son David Matthew Todd III and his wife Colleen of Trappe, Pennsylvania, as well as his grandchildren Kathryn and Jennifer. A graveside-memorial service will be held on Saturday August 26th, at 10:00 AM, in the Connecticut State Veteran’s Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane in Middletown, CT.
