Dennis Rogan

Dennis was born in Norwich, CT on Dec. 25, 1953 to Martin and Betty (Schatz) Rogan. He later began his own business, “Dennis Rogan Excavation Company” more commonly known as “DREXCO”. He was active in the Bozrah Vol. Fire Department including formerly serving as its Deputy Chief. Dennis was involved in Bozrah Boy Scouting and was the Sexton for Bozrah Rural Cemetery. When not at work, he enjoyed time with his wife Susie vacationing in the Florida Keys where he loved to fish and attending stock car racing with his friends.

In 1981, Dennis married his beloved wife Susan (Carolinas) in Cape Cod, MA. She survives him.

Besides his wife, Dennis is also survived by his daughter; Elena Cecil and her husband Marcus, his mother, Betty Rogan of Fort Meyers, FL and Narragansett, RI, brother; Mark Rogan, sister; Cindy Rogan and her husband Frank Foley of Bonita Springs, FL and Narragansett, RI, and his best buddies; “Darby” his dog, and “Mack” his cat. He was predeceased by his father; Martin Rogan, and one brother; Jack Rogan.

A Memorial Service & Celebration of Dennis' life will be held on Sunday, December 4th at 2:30pm at the Bozrah Moose Lodge, 115 Fitchville Rd., Bozrah, CT 06334.
