Mr. Edward A. Bernardo

Eddie was born June 12, 1958 in Brooklyn NY, the son of Mildred L. (Sitzer) and the late Stellario F. Bernardo.

In addition to his mother Mildred, he is survived by his sons Edward Samuel Bernardo and wife Melissa of TN, Alan Edward Bernardo of ME, Josiah Alan Bernardo of ME, daughters Jessica Marie Bernardo and Brianna Marie Bernardo, both of ME, sister Frances Hirschkowitz and husband Martin of Norwich, brother Michael Bernardo of Norwich, grandchildren Chandler, Alexis Rose, and Madison, and by his niece and nephews Scott, Sarah and Joseph Hirschkowitz and by his special friend Betty Dehart.

A memorial service will be held November 11, 2012 at 2pm at Congregation Ahavath Achim, 84 Lebanon Ave. Colchester CT 06415. Please email Frances Hirschkowitz at [email protected] if you will be attending.

Memorial donations in Edward Bernardo’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
