Bennett- Elizabeth Mary Bennett 80, of Mystic died Feb. 3, 2015. She was the beloved wife of Alfred P. Bennett Jr. Elizabeth was born in Norwich, and was a 1952 graduate of NFA. Betty was employed as a business manager for the State of Connecticut until her retirement. Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter Donna Bennett and her husband Matthew Weber of Old Lyme and many other caring family members and friends. She was predeceased by 5 siblings. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday Feb. 14, 2015 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church 69 Groton Long Point Rd. Groton. Burial will be private.
