Florence M. Silva

Silva- Florence May Silva died peacefully surrounded by her loving family May 4, 2015. Born April 24, 1921, daughter of the late Antone Santos Silva and Ella W. Silva. She is survived by her loving brother Raymond W. Silva and sister Anna B. Parrish and brother in law Luther V. Parrish. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, cousin, and countless friends. She retired from Ortronics of Norwich after 30 years. She graduated from the Norwich Free Academy Class of 1939. She was predeceased by her brother Manuel Silva, sister Arlene Randell, sister in law Bernice Silva, brother in law Vernon Randall, niece Sharon-Ann Randall, and nephew Richard Silva. Visitation will be Friday May 8, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at the Church and Allen Funeral Home 136 Sachem Street Norwich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday May 8, 2015 at 11:00a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church Norwich. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
