Fred was born May 17, 1935 in Norwich, the son of the late Morris and Sadie ( Kerstein) Fox.
He married the late Judith Ann (Santerre) on January 18, 1969 in Norwich. She passed away August 29, 2011.
He was an avid auto racing fan and was the co-owner of Fox Spring Beverage Company.
He is survived by his children David Eric Fox of Uncasville, Melissa Ann Fox of Charlotte, NC, and by his sister Rose Schadick of Florida.
In addition to his wife and parents, Fred was predeceased by his brothers Ruben and William Fox, and by his sister Miriam Gabler.
A memorial service will be held at the Church and Allen Funeral Home on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 2 pm. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
