

Mr. Levine was born in New York City. He served in the Army during World War II.
Mr. Levine was a pitcher in the Inter-County Baseball League during the 30’s and played for the Colchester Townies managed by Sam Slavkin. He was a member of the Congregation of Agudas Achim Synagogue.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Jerry and Seymour Levine.
Mr. Levine is survived by his wife Ruth of 69 years, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
Harold and Ruth were married in Paris, Texas on February 5, 1943, by Rabbi Klausner, who performed his first marriage.
Harold performed research for post-doctorates. Several papers were published and the post-doctorates received good jobs because of Harold’s accomplishments.
A private graveside service will be held at Hebron-Columbia cemetery, junction of Rt. 32 and 31 in Mansfield.
