He worked in marketing as a salesman and at the Norwich Ten Pin Bowl.
Tommy was an avid bowler winning many rewards such as the 300 and 800 rings. He hit his first 300 game while playing in the junior league. He was ranked first in the state of CT in the national Coca Cola Classic tournament.
Besides his loving mother, he is survived by a son James T. Hubbard III, and a daughter Kaitlyn Nicole Hubbard both of Molone, NY and a grandchild Lucian. He also leaves behind three brothers Josh and Dann Hubbard of Norwich and Jason Hubbard and his wife Tonya of Colchester, aunts Cindy Billeci of Norwich and Sue Pennington of FL, and several nieces and nephews.
