

Besides his loving mother Janet Ann Jarmon of Norwich, Jason leaves behind a loving wife Shauntia of Norwich, and his beautiful daughters Jai’liese and Sectoria Jarmon. He is also survived by a brother Lionel Holland of Norwich, a brother Will Kornegay of North Carolina, a brother Thomas Oates of Las Vegas and a sister Ativiashata Oates of Las Vegas. He has a special little brother Chanquil Barns, Godson Cecil Mills, God Daughter Zeniyah Britt, God Mother Barbara Billups, God Sister and Brother Tara and Glenn Billups. He was predeceased by his psychological father Randolph Belton (Tank).
Jason attended the following schools: Faith Fellowship, Sacred Heart, Mahan, Teachers Memorial and ended with Norwich Free Academy and was chosen as prom king.
Jason loved football and played until injured. With Jason’s love for football his favorite team was the San Francisco 49ers.
Jason was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Willimantic, CT where he attended from his youth up. With Jason’s love for God, he truly loved singing and was a member of the Young Adult Unity Choir. Jason also enjoyed attending youth ministry and serving the Lord. He was a delight with his special smile.
Jason was a loving man. He was humble and always had a smile on his face. His smile would light up a room. Jason was the best dad, and would do anything for his girls. He was a family man and would also do anything for his family. Family was always first. Jason would make you laugh and always give you advice for a better future. His motto was forward progression and his favorite saying was “Jesus Take The Wheel”.
A wake will be held on Thursday, December 9th at 10:00 A.M. at the Cornerstone Church, 248 Broadway, Norwich with the service being held at 11:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Please visit www.churchandallen.com to leave an online condolence for Jason’s family.
