Jeff,
We became really great friends at Tech and had a great time going to the arcade every Thursday night with Ed & Bill. You were fun to work will (back in the day), painting the Block Island ferry boats too.
You are sadly missed. I cherish the memories that I have hanging out with you throughout our high school years.
RIP my friend.
My condolences to Jeff''s family.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at District 2 in Norwich for many years and met his lovely wife and twins when they would occasionally come to visit him at work. I am so saddened by his sudden passing and want to offer my sincerest condolences to his family. Jeff was a truly wonderful human being whose time on this earth was cut way too short. May his enduring love, memory and spirit continue to guide you all through this painful and difficult time. God Bless.

Jeff,
There are people you meet in life every once in awhile that are just different. Ones that have the kindest of souls, purest of hearts and effortlessly impact the people they meet in a positive way. Although I did not know or spend as much time with him as many of you have I know he is one of those people. He is the definition of what a friend, husband and father is to the fullest. I know he will continue to look over all of the ones he loves and will live on in each person of whom he has made an impact on.
Forever rock on Jeff 🤘

Betty, Chloe, and Jaxon,
I know the pain that you are all feeling from this tragedy is unbearable. I am absolutely heartbroken for the 3 of you.
I can not remember a time that I’ve ran into Jeff where he didn’t have a smile on his face and kind word about his children. I still remember 4th grade field day when he came to volunteer and he was pushing Jaxon on the swing with me. He thanked all of us for being in Jaxon’s life, and I remember he was so genuine that I had a tear under my sunglasses.
I pray that you can cherish all of the good memories and know that he is with you ALWAYS! A love like that does not ever end…
Thinking of you all❤️

Betty, Chloe & Jaxon, I am so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful husband & father. From the first time I met him he had an infectious smile on his face, that I never saw disappear, he welcomed me into your home and treated me like he had known me forever. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to experience his kindness and to see the love in his eyes and in his heart for his family. Y’all were his whole world!! I am keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers and sending big hugs to each of you😢💔
