Our family regretfully announces the passing of Lindsey Anne Bidwell, who was called home unexpectedly on December 21, 2022. Born on September 12, 1989, Lindsey will forever live in the heart and memories of our family, and all who were fortunate to cross paths with her. Lindsey will be missed more than words can ever describe. There are no words…
The impression Lindsey left on the lives of others will never be forgotten. She was a kind loving person, an amazing soul, a special being, a best friend, and a pleasure to be around. She would give you the shirt off her back if need be. If you are blessed to have known her, you know firsthand that she was quick with her fingers either texting, facetiming or by always taking the time to make sure her closest friends and family were checked on daily. She was an empath that took on everyone’s emotions.
Lindsey was born and raised in Willimantic, CT. After graduating high school, Lindsey worked for BJ’s. She eventually moved to Providence, RI, to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Johnson and Wales University. She got her own place, worked and went to school never looking back.
Lindsey was the loving daughter of Ruth Baker, Michael Bidwell, and Stepfather Johnnie Baker III. She had a large group of friends and extended family that live in many states and different countries, who loved her unconditionally. Lindsey was also the loving “mother” of two fur babies, Bear and Honey.
Lindsey’s celebration of life will be on Friday, January 6th, 2023, at Church and Allen Funeral Home at 136 Sachem Street, Norwich, CT, 06360. Drop-in visitation will be from 4-7 pm, with a short Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 7 pm.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.churchandallen.com for the Bidwell family.
