Marie Z. Gaudet, 93, formerly of Norwich, died on Wednesday at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA. She was born in St. Joseph’s, New Brunswick, Canada on Nov. 26, 1919 to the late Emile and Euclida (Belliveau) Gaudet. She loved cooking, sewing, music, movies, wine, discussing current events and being with her family. She was known for her humor, kindness and compassion. Marie was one of five including brothers; Euclin, Joseph and Paul Gaudet, and a sister; Emily Fortin, nieces and nephews; Mark Gaudet, Denise Fontaine, Gisele Gaudet, Rose Gaudrerau, Susan Perkins, Debbie Gaudet, Paul Gaudet Jr., several great nieces and nephews and several great great nieces and nephews and several cousins in Canada.
