Marvie A. Goldsmith Nordgren

She was born December 5, 1938 in West, TX, the daughter of the late Marvin and Ann (Holecek) Goldsmith.

Before her illness with Alzheimers, she loved being a homemaker and caregiver, cooking and baking for her family and friends. She loved taking care of her family and her animals.

She is survived by her children Leif Nordgren and wife Shirlene, Eric Nordgren and Erin Hansen and husband Shawn, brother Vernie Goldsmith and his wife Ellie of TX, sisters Blanch Parkinson and husband Pete of Washington and Aggie Howard and husband Pat of TX and by her grandchildren Tiffani, Travis, Alyssa and Chelsea and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held at the Church and Allen Funeral Home in Norwich on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral services and burial will be private for the family.
