Peter J. Prevett

Prevett- Peter J. Prevett 76 of Groton, died Saturday March 9, 2013 at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. He was the widower of Irene( Nawrocki) Prevett. He was born in Dedham Ma. son of the late Salvatore and Margaurite (Tracey) Prevett. Mr. Prevett was employed at Electric Boat for 25 years until his retirement. He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Elaine and Roland Cote of Norwich, his daughter, Rosemary Trask of Groton, and a sister, Margaurite Hogan of Preston. He also leaves his grandchildren, Michael Trask, Michelle Strange, Lynne Cote, and Robert Cote, 11 Great Grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, and many friends. Calling hours will be Tuesday March 12, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at the Labenski Funeral Home 107 Boswell Avenue Norwich. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday March 13, 2013 , 11:a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery Norwich. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
