Ronald D. Powers, 65, of Montville, passed away peacefully, Monday, February 5th, 2018 after a short battle with cancer. Ron was born to the late Ralph and Phyllis Powers on November 22nd, 1952. He graduated from Montville High School in 1971 and worked various occupations all over Eastern Connecticut through his life. He enjoyed working with his hands and had many hobbies. Ron was passionate about stained glass, and owned and operated his own stained glass studio. Ronald is survived by his two sons, Corey Powers of Providence, RI and Oliver Powers of Uncasville, CT. He is also survived by his brother, Ralph Powers (Diane) and his two Nephews, AJ and Aaron. Ron is further survived by his Ex-Wife Kathleen.
