Steven D Hodge

He was born in Oswego, NY on May 13, 1960 to the late Wesley and Myrona (Flood) Hodge. On June 17, 1995, Steve married his best friend, Wendy (Payne) in New London, CT., and the two became as one.

Steve worked as an Asst. Banquet Manager for the Mohegan Sun Resort but was most well-known for his tremendous sense of humor, big heart, amazing creativity and special recipes he’d cook for family and friends. His favorite sayings will be remembered by all who knew him, “Love you – mean it”, "Love you, lata" and “More than you know.”

Besides his wife Wendy, Steve is also survived by his sons; Paul Hodge, his wife Krystal and their son DJ, and Wesley Hodge, daughter; Kelly Hodge, and countless friends. He was predeceased by his parents and one brother; Kevin Hodge.

Calling hours will be Friday from 5pm-8pm at Labenski Funeral Home, 107 Boswell Ave., Norwich, CT. Services and burial are private at the convenience of the family.
