Vicky Lynn Elgin was born on September 29, 1971, to Frank and Lois Campbell in Desha County, Arkansas. Vicky was a member of the Arkansas City Baptist Church in Arkansas City, Arkansas since her childhood.
Vicky was proceeded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 13 years, Scott Elgin; son Joshua Hannah; daughters, Emilie and Teri Elgin; grandson Elliot Hannah, all of Jewett City, Connecticut; stepson Timothy Hannah of Alaska; one sister, Betty Rader (Lester & Allen) of Arkansas City, Arkansas; two brothers, Kenneth Campbell of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Richard Campbell of Montrose, Arkansas; three Aunts; one uncle; and many cousins and friends.
