Arthur W. Brower

Arthur was born in Lynbrook, NY on July 11, 1940 the son of William and Frances (Rutow) Brower. He came from Long Island in 1987 and has made his home in Margaretville, Oneonta, New Berlin and Norwich. While living downstate he had been employed in the sanitation business.

Arthur is survived by his children; James Brower and companion Toby of Norwich, Chester Brower of Morris, William Brower of Utica, Irene Brower of Sherburne, Anthony Wilchynski and wife Lisa of Norwich, Louis Wilchynski and wife Christina also of Norwich and Mary Haywood of Miami, FL. Also surviving is a sister Patty of SC and a brother Ken along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Arthur was predeceased by his wife Joan, a son Kenneth and a sister Frances Holtz.

A service for Arthur will be held on Wednesday at 11 am from the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Brad Keator will officiate. Interment will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Wednesday from 10-11.
