She was a longtime resident of North Norwich, NY before moving to Heritage on the Plain in Oneonta NY.
Bonnie was born to the late H. R. Bowes and Ivye Cole Bowes on August 4,1930 in Smyrna NY at the farm owned by A.A and Fanny Cole.
Bonnie spent her early years in Jersey Shore PA. In 1948 she moved back to Smyrna NY.
In 1960 she married Donald C. Frink who died in 2003.
She was predeceased by a sister, Fredora Campbell and a brother, Fredrick R. Bowes, a Stepson, Donald J. Frink and a Stepdaughter Susan (Frink) Gray. She is Survived by her sons, Samuel B. Whaley and Andrew H. Whaley and Stepson Dennis J. Frink. Also, eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service at Sherburne West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne, NY on Wednesday July 1, 2026, at 2:30pm.
