Catherine is survived by her two younger brothers, Michael of Dover, NJ, Edward of Allentown, PA and a nephew William of Bethlehem, PA.
Daughter of the late Francis J. Mangan and Ann Catherine Carroll.
Catherine was born in Montclair, NJ on Nov. 29, 1956 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was a resident of the Plymouth, NY area since 2002.
All who wish to honor Cathi’s memory may do so by making a donation to the Chenango County SPCA, 6160 Cty Rd., 32, Norwich, NY 13815 in her memory or to your local animal shelter.
A memorial service will take place at a date and location yet to be announced.
