Dear Schaefer family, I was surprised and saddened to hear of Charles passing. I hold many fond memories of our chats about various topics. He was always so expressive in his wording.I clearly remember him explaining how to get to his house and that we would drive through “a cathedral of trees”. Although we haven’t communicated in years, we have thought about you all often. Also, wondering where Lu was and what he was doing in his life. Please know that I will be praying for peace and comfort for you all.
Your friends, Sue Duke - Shippey, LynnAnn,Kristin and Steve Duke
