Christopher A. Furgison

Chris was born December 3, 1979 in Sideny, NY the son of Wayne and Brenda (Miner) Gatlin. Chris loved the outdoors, rather it was sitting outside, going hunting or going fishing. He loved his time spent with family. He was a simple man and didn’t ask for much in life or complain when life dealt him a bad hand. He was also an avid Giant football fan.

Chris is survived by his children Sophia and Joseph Furgison, his mother Brenda Gatlin, sister Christine Furgison, the mother of his children Vanessa Furgison, his significant other Lori Diamond and her children Todd, Michael, Ricky and Deanna Diamond. Also surviving are his grandchild Ariel Diamonwho thought of him dearly along with his nephews Devon Ireland, Wyatt Wright and nieces Shiane Astalos.

Chris was predeceased by his step-father Joseph B. Gatlin, his grandmother Marsha Miner and his niece Shanna Astalos.

There will be no services at this time.
