Clifford V. Becker, 84, of Norwich, NY, passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2026. Born March 31, 1942, in Staten Island, NY, Clifford was the son of Fredrick W. and Ethel S. (Kunath) Becker, and he grew up on the family farm in Guilford NY.
