Cynthia (Cindy) S. Page, 71, of Mt. Upton, New York, passed away on August 8, 2026, at Chenango Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 13, 1954, in Paramus, NJ, the daughter of Leo Ludwig and Corrine Rose (Foppiano) Sand.

Cindy lived a life defined by devotion—to her family, to her work, and to the communities she served. Steady and hard-working, she gave her time and energy with quiet purpose, offering care and constancy to those who relied on her.

Cindy worked as a caseworker for Catholic Charities in Oneonta, NY, and also served as a Vet Tech with Doctor Robert Farrell for 37 years. Beyond her professional life, she continued her work at home, helping on the family farm and tending to pigs and beef cows in her spare time—an everyday reflection of the diligence and commitment that marked her life.

On June 3, 1983, Cindy married Robert H Page. Together they raised two sons, Matthew Page his wife Amanda Renee Lund and Richard Page and his wife Chelsi. Cindy was a beloved grandmother to eight grandchildren: Logan (IsaBella), Connor, Corbin, Dylan, Zackery, Abbi-Lynn, Kross Michael Alexander Lund, and Emma Renee Lund. She was also blessed with one great grandson, Beau, whom she adored.

Cindy’s faith and service were central to her life. She was a certified Lay speaker for the Methodist Church in Bainbridge and Guilford, offering her gifts with humility and dedication. She also found joy in the outdoors—hunting deer and especially loving to go ice fishing.

Cindy is also remembered with affection by her sister in law Cyndi (Trace) Luyster, and by Beth, Bev. and Vicky, dear and near to her heart, as well as by her cousin Loretta and Jim Stowell, numerous cousins, family members and friends. Cindy's four dogs, Fifi, Puddles, Walter and Charlie were her beloved pets.

A funeral service for Cindy will be held on Friday August 14, 2026 1:00pm at RJ Fahy Funeral Home, Norwich, NY Pastor Barbara Lamoree will officiate. Callings will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm before the Funeral.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Upton United Methodist Church or the Guilford Ambulance Squad.
