James J. Bulwin, 28, passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2022 in Spokane, WA. He was born on June 24, 1993 in Port Charlotte, FL to John Joseph Hugel III and Isabelle V. Bulwin. James loved spending time in the outdoors hiking and skateboarding. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and listening to music. He will be missed by all who knew him.
James is survived by his father and step-mother, John J. and Julie Hugel, III; his mother, Isabelle V. Bulwin; his step-father and step-mother, Joseph and Ann Bulwin; his siblings, Kayla Bulwin, Ashley Storrings, Lexie Hugel, Kylie May, and Joseph Bulwin, Jr., as well as many other relatives and friends from the east and west coasts of the US.
A celebration of James’ life will be announced in the spring.
