Kenneth W. (Skip) Titus, Jr., passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1957 in Norwich to the late Kenneth and Yvonne (McLain) Titus. He was also predeceased by his sister, Linda Weisse. Many nieces and nephews survive.
Skip was a lifelong Norwich resident and operated Titus Plumbing in Norwich until his retirement. He loved to spend time outdoors camping, boating and especially fishing. He loved people and was very generous to his friends, always willing to lend a helping hand. In his younger years, Skip spent many summer days at his family’s camp on Melody Lake.
At Skip’s request, there will be no funeral services. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Hope Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in Skip’s memory may be made to the Norwich American Legion Post 189 29 Sheldon St. Norwich, NY 13815 or to VFW Post 2782, 61 E. Main St. Norwich, NY 13815.
