

Louise was the daughter of the late John B. and Rose Leveroni Casazza. She was born on August 20, 1943 in Hoboken, NJ. On March 27, 1971 she married Alan R. Davenport who predeceased her on November 3, 1974.
Louise was a graduate of Saint Francis Grammar School, Hoboken, NJ and Saint Michael’s High School, Union City, NJ. She was employed by R. H. Macy’s in New York City from 1962 to 1971. She worked for W.T. Grants from 1971 to 1974.
Louise moved to Sherburne, NY in 1974, owned and operated a dairy farm for 32 years until 2006. She was currently employed by the Big M Supermarket in Sherburne, NY.
Louise is survived by brothers, John A. Casazza of Blooming Grove, NY, James G. Casazza and his wife Sharen of Blooming Grove, NY and Eugene P. Casazza and his wife Claudia of Blooming Grove, NY.
Louise is also survived by four nephews, Steven Casazza of Ballwin, MO, John C. Casazza of Canton, GA, James Casazza II of Birmingham, MI and David Casazza of Cambridge, MA, two nieces, Susan Reich of Slate Hill, NY and Margaret Casazza of Birmingham, MI. She was predeceased by a nephew Kevin Casazza. Also surviving are grandnieces, Alexandra, Victoria, Emma and Calli Casazza and one grandnephew Myles Casazza.
Friends may call on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home, 116 No. Broad St., Norwich, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Louise will be offered on Saturday, March 8 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Malachy’s Roman Catholic Church, 31 East State St., Sherburne, NY 13460. Interment will be at a later date in the North Norwich Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Saint Malachy’s Church or the charity of your choice in her memory.
