Pamela J Penner

Pamela J. Penner, also known as Pam, passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 58, in Sherburne, NY. She was a caring and loving mom and friend. Pam is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Ostinett; her son-in-law, Alain; and her grandchildren, Dyanna, Blayne, and Malynda. She is also survived by her siblings, Jeffrey, Michael, Kathryn, Susan, and Chrystal; as well as her longtime boyfriend, Ed. Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Virginia Smith; her brother, Darrell; and her husband Charles.

Pamela attended Oxford Academy for her high school education. She worked as a cleaner at Janitronics for 13 years. In her free time, she enjoyed being an avid crafter, playing games, and spending time with her dogs.

Per her request, there will be no services held. However, a celebration of life will take place in the summer to honor and remember Pam. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pam’s memory can be made to Chenango SPCA, 6160 County Road 32, Norwich, NY 13815, or to Big Guy Little's World Sanctuary at www.bglws.com. Both causes were very near and dear to her. Contributions can also be made to the family to assist in their time of need.
