Patricia A. Fuller, 70 of Norwich passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. She was born in Norwich on September 10, 1948 to George (Stitch) and Dorotha Mauriano. Patricia grew up in Norwich and was the owner/operator of Charino Insurance agency for over 30 years, where she was known by all as “Mother”. She will be remembered as a loving and caring person who selflessly gave of her time to many people and also a lover of all animals. Patricia was predeceased by her son, Rick Fuller; her father, Stitch Mauriano; and her sister, Kathryn Smith. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Richard Fuller; her daughter, Stacey and Dinesh Shetty; her grandchildren, Kaili, Bryant, Shawn, Sania, and Shyaak; her mother, Dorotha Ryan; her brothers, George Mauriano, and John Mauriano; and her niece, Nikki Upton.
