Patricia was born August 21, 1956, in Walton, NY, the daughter of Elmer and Irma (Walley) Moore. She was a Home Health Care Aide and went were she was need most. She loved to be outdoors camping, fishing, taking rides with her family and making crafts.
On July 22, 1991 she married Frederick W. Hatfield who still survives her. She is also survived by one son Robert Bush, one daughter Connie and Miguel Cardoza, 5 grandchildren Ashley, Caleb and Robbie Bush, Michael and his wife Nicole and Brandon Cardoza. One great granddaughter Harper ANN Cardoza. She is also survived by 3 sisters and one brother, several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held when warmer weather permits.
