

Sally was born in Norwich the daughter of Claude and Ethel (Maine) Johnson. She had attended the Smyrna and Sherburne schools. She had made her home in Oxford for a period of time before moving to Plymouth in the late 1970’s. Sally worked for Norwich-Eaton Pharmaceutical Co. for 20 plus years from which she retired. Over the years she had also opened her home to many children providing day care.
In her leisure time she enjoyed playing cards and bingo at the Turning Stone Casino. She loved to dance and was especially fond of the Route 66 band with Merle Matts. She also had been a longtime member of the Plymouth Fire Dept. Auxillary.
Above all else her family was the most important thing to her especially her grandchildren.
Sally is survived by her children, Tina (Richard) Perron of Spencer, Mass., William (Dawn) Golden of Oxford, her grandchildren Kayla Golden, Andrew Golden, Joseph Perron, Josh Perron , Sarah Golden and her great grandchildren Ivy Golden, Boyd Barber, Charlie Golden and Colt Barber. Also surviving are her siblings Claudine Parker, Marge Parker, Dick Johnson, Linda Excell and Claudia Gesslein. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Sally was predeceased by her husband Robert and her siblings Betty Seeber, Ike Johnson, Jim Johnson, Lucy Johnson Sandy Johnson and Bill Johnson.
A funeral service for Sally will be held on Tuesday, September 26, at Noon from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. Burial will be in the South Side Cemetery in Plymouth.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of the service at Noon.
