Thomas Gramstad

Tom is survived by his sons Adam Gramstad, Dustin Gramstad and Matthew Gramstad, a sister Dagny (Richard) Caputo, his brothers David Gramstad, Scott (Darlene) Gramstad, Gunnar (Karen) Gramstad and his aunt Beatrice Eastwood. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Tom was predeceased by his son Brian Gramstad, his daughter Ann Gramstad, his parents Harry and Helen Gramstad and his two brothers Steve and Daniel Gramstad.

Tom graduated from the South New Berlin Central School and worked in the Norwich area for Howards Express and also many years for Reese-Marsharll. His last few years he lived in Ohio where he worked for Proctor & Gamble until his retirement in June 2012

Once retired he moved back to the area to be close to his family. He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors. Fishing, hunting and wood working were some of his favorite past times. He had a love for the history of this area, reading about life as it was. He also loved to walk in the woods with his metal detector and to enjoy the quiet and wildlife around him.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
